Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For male or female epilepsy patients over 4 years old and under 18 years old (seizure type is not limited), PER monotherapy is considered by the attending physician as the best choice for treatment according to the status of the patient. There are two possibilities: 1) Patients who do not take any other ASMs at present start to take PER monotherapy. 2) Patients taking one or more ASMs (including PER) were converted to PER monotherapy by gradually reducing and stopping other ASMs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inaccurate or unreliable clinical records; Poor compliance. Children who enter PER monotherapy will no longer enter the study if 1.There are serious or potentially life-threatening adverse reactions: such as severe allergies, suicidal tendencies, and the doctor does not recommend children to use drugs again. 2.The patient missed medication for more than 3 days during the study. 3.In the course of the study, the patient had adverse reactions before reaching the observation period (maintenance period) and chose to discontinue the drug.
