Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-75 years, with ASA1-3, who were to undergo painless hysteroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, patients with allergic history to study drugs, patients who used sedative or analgesic drugs before surgery, patients with perioperative cognitive dysfunction, patients with preoperative systemic diseases such as severe circulatory and respiratory diseases, patients with ASA grade 4, patients with difficult airway (e.g., BMI > 30Kg/m2, OASA patients, mouth opening < 4cm, etc.) Mallampati=3), patients with maxillofacial trauma or surgery history, severe anemia or peripheral vascular disease, and patients with pacemaker implantation who underwent treatment for more than 30 minutes
