25 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)For healthy population: (a) premenopausal women without UFs or other diseases associated with vitamin D;(b) imaging confirmed to have no UFs through ultrasound examinations. (2)For patients with asymptomatic UFs: (a) premenopausal women who were newly diagnosed with UFs; (b) imaging-confirmed diagnosis of UFs through transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound examinations;(c) patients without chief complaint of abnormal menstrual bleeding, bulk symptoms, pelvic pain, or anemia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)For healthy population: (a) menopausal women;(b) patients who had been previously diagnosedwith UFs or other diseases related to vitamin D; (c) those with missing data or other concurrent tumors. (2)For patients with asymptomatic UFs:(1) menopausal women; (2) patients who had been treated with or had previous diagnosis of UFs;(c) symptomatic UFs;
