65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification levels II-III; 3. New York Heart Association(NYHA)classification I-III; 4. Undergoing Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; 5. Patients provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system disease; 2. A personal history of drug or alcohol abuse; 3. There is a skin disease or local infection in the right upper limb; 4. Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency or sepsis; 5. Perioperative hemorrhage or severe electrolyte disturbance; 6. Hearing, visual and speech communication impairments that prevent cooperation; 7. Participated in other clinical trials; 8. Preoperative MMSE scores were < 21 points for primary school and < 24 points for junior high school and above.
