12 Years to 19 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury; 2. Aged between 12 to 19 years; 3. Informed consent of the patient and the guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Self-injury motivation accompanied by strong suicidal ideation, requiring hospitalization; 2. Currently undergoing psychological counseling and psychotherapy; 3. Mental disorders as reported on DSM–5, such as depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and taking psychotropic medications.
