Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-15-year-old IXT patients with normal growth and development without intellectual disability 2. The best corrected visual acuity in one eye reaches the level of normal children of the same age. If the child cannot recognize the eye chart, both eyes should have good gaze function 3. Patients with intermittent exotropia who have not received any previous treatment (except for conventional refractive correction) 4. Parents have the ability to read and understand Chinese; 5. Consent to participate in this research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other eyeballs, extraocular muscles and orbital diseases (except refractive errors) 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with examination and follow-up 3. Combined facial deformities 4. The BCVA difference between the two eyes is =2 lines 5. Patients with vertical strabismus =5PD 6. anisometropia = 2D 7. Associated with neurodevelopmental disorders 8. Constant exotropia (except slight squint); 9. Children with exotropia with insufficient aggregation (the degree of near-strabismus is greater than that of far-strabismus>10PD); 10. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
