Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Chronic cerebral insufficiency, such as dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, cognitive impairment, mood disorders, insidious onset, fluctuating symptoms. 2) Cerebral perfusion imaging (arterial spin labeling, ASL) confirming the presence of cerebral hypoperfusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other neurological and psychiatric disorders that can cause relevant clinical symptoms. 2) Chronic cerebral perfusion insufficiency due to dysthymia, anxiety somatization disorder, depression, AD and various degenerative diseases or subjective dizziness. 3) Patients with autoimmune diseases, tumors, and severe hypertension that cannot be controlled by drugs.
