Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Elective ERCP operation; ? The age is 65 to 85 years old, regardless of gender; ? The American anesthesiologist association (ASA) is classified as Grade ? to Grade III; ? Body mass index (BMI) is 18-28kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Proposed endotracheal intubation (including laryngeal mask airway), serious cardiovascular system disease, severe respiratory disease, long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs and cognitive dysfunction, the modified Malampati rating is Grade IV, history of drug abuse, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, failure to receive regular antihypertensive treatment or poor blood pressure control [SBP = 180 mmHg or = 90 mmHg, and/or DBP = 100mmHg]. ciprofol and other drugs and their components are allergic or contraindicated, and have participated in other clinical trials as subjects in recent 3 months.
