Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing elective hip dislocation correction, hypospadias repair, penoplasty and other operations in West China Hospital of Sichuan University 2. Sacral block was performed preoperatively 3. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the use of local anesthetics or sacral block (e.g., coagulopathy); 2. Clinical signs of peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease; 3. Use insulation measures; 4. Congenital heart disease; 5. Epilepsy; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Severe inherited metabolic diseases; 8. Patients refused to participate in the study
