Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Onset time = 24 hours; ? Age over or equal to 18; ? NIHSS score = 6; ? Patients with acute cerebral infarction in anterior circulation; ? Clinical symptoms and signs or cerebral vascular examination suggest large vessel occlusion; ? The DWI sequence and FLAIR sequence of brain MRI were not matched, indicating that there was brain tissue in ischemic penumbra that could be saved; ? Cerebral angiography confirmed the occlusion of large vessels in the anterior circulation, including the middle cerebral artery, the anterior cerebral artery and the internal carotid artery; ? The patient's family members understand the risk and necessity of surgery and sign the informed consent form for interventional recanalization treatment; ? The patient's family members signed an informed consent form and agreed to participate in the research project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Less than 18 years old; ? There are contraindications of intravascular recanalization; ? Patients with acute cerebral infarction due to posterior circulation large vessel occlusion receiving interventional recanalization treatment, such as vertebral artery, basilar artery, and posterior cerebral artery; ? Unstable vital signs; ? The patient or his family members refused to accept endovascular interventional recanalization therapy; ? The patient or his family refused to participate in the research project.
