Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age > 60; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of ischemic or hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases in the 2019 diagnostic key points of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China; (3) Stroke time > 6 months, after stroke standard treatment; (4) Visual, hearing and speech expression functions were normal; (5) The patient and legal guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who wear cardiac pacemakers or have metal implants in their bodies, cochlear implants and intracranial metal implants; (2) Those with increased intracranial pressure, history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy, and those with recent EEG suggestive of epileptic waves; (3) Patients with history of brain injury or head surgery in the past 6 months; (4) Patients with acute infectious diseases; (5) Patients treated with electric convulsion within the last 1 month; (6) Patients who have recently taken tricyclic antidepressants or drugs that reduce the threshold of seizures (such as carbamazepine and sodium valproate); (7) Combined with other brain organic diseases, accompanied by respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine and blood system diseases and other serious physical diseases; (8) Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, accompanied by strong self injury, suicide intention, or impulsive behaviors of injuring people and destroying things; (9) Having a history of alcohol or other psychoactive substance abuse or dependence
