Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years; 2) Type 2 diabetes mellitus, which met the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus; (3) Diabetic peripheral neuropathy. According to the consensus on diagnosis and treatment of DPN in 2013, patients with a clear history of diabetes, clinical symptoms of peripheral neuropathy or positive electrophysiological examination of peripheral neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy caused by other causes was excluded; ? The patient's foot has any one or more skin problems of DPN skin damage; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Diabetic foot ulcer; ? Diabetic severe lower extremity vascular disease; (3) the amputation; ? Acute infection, serious musculoskeletal diseases, etc.; ? people with unclear consciousness; ? Have mental disorders and do not cooperate with researchers.
