Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PSD patients ? in accordance with the 2018 edition of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic stroke, the first ischemic cerebral infarction was confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging, the course of disease was 1 month; ? between the ages of 18 and 85; ? The presence of dysphagia is confirmed by standard SSA or FEES inspection; (4) Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, stable underlying diseases; ? Normal mental, intelligent and verbal expression (MMSE>23 points), can cooperate with the experiment; ? The right hand; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with previous history of stroke, cerebral small vessel history, transient ischemic attack, hemorrhagic stroke or hemorrhagic tendency; (2) those with a metallic object in their body, such as a pacemaker or coronary stent, unable to receive TMS stimulation; ? suffering from other diseases that may affect swallowing function, such as head and neck tumors, local lesions of the throat and esophagus, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc.; (4) epilepsy or mental disorder; ? long-term history of alcohol abuse or central nervous system active drugs; ? pregnant, lactating, or menstruating women.
