Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years old. 2. The Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) is normal. 3. The Mini-Mental Scale (MMSE) is normal. 4. Literacy or have received education for more than six years. 5. Have normal or corrected vision and hearing. 6. After being assessed by the Test of Nonverbal Intelligence, Third Edition Normal intelligence. 7. Right-handed as assessed by the lateral dominance test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) another Axis I major psychiatric illness, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder; 2) history of drug or alcohol dependence; 3) illness that impairs cognitive function, such as dementia or head trauma; 4) major comorbid medical illness, such as stroke, uremia, heart failure or metabolic disorders; 5) physical disability which precludes regular follow up; and 6) metal in the body which precludes MRI.
