Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Previous ischemic stroke with ischemic lesions recorded by CT or MRI; 3. Based on ultrasound, CTA, MRA and XRA, Atherosclerosis was recorded in carotid artery, Aortic arch, vertebral artery, basilar artery and other intracranial arteries; 4. LDL-C>=70 mg/dl (1.8mmol/L); 5.Rankin score<=4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic stroke has no record of Atherosclerosis stenosis due to arterial dissection (judged by the researcher), cardiogenic embolism (such as Mitral stenosis, endocardial myocardial fibrosis); 2. Patients who are using other drugs that are known to affect the effectiveness of statins; 3. Individuals who are unable to tolerate statins or Aliciumab; 4. Participants suffering from active liver disease or continuous unexplained serum Transaminase elevation; 5. Pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding or planning to conceive.
