3 Years to 12 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 3 and 12; 2. Have adenotonsillectomy performed; 3. Wong-Baker/FLACC score =4; 4. Could understand the research objective and follow the protocol. The parents agree to join and have signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive disorder. 2. Diagnosed with or have history of seizure, dementia, migrain or any neurologic disease. 3. Sensitive to light. 4. No stereo vision or with severe hearing loss. 5. Any condition that prevents patients from wearing VR googles. 6. Any systematic disorder or malnutrition. 7. Failure of VR analgesic therapy. 8. Recent (within 1 week) or present involvement in any other analgesic research. 9. Parents working for any company connected with analgesic therapy. 10. Any other condition deemed inappropriate for this study.
