60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) age over 65 years old; (2) fresh (injury time <3 weeks), closed ankle fracture, with or without ipsilateral limb fracture, without bone disease; (3) follow-up time =12 months, complete clinical and follow-up data; (4) no schizophrenia; (5) normal cognition; (6) able to tolerate general anesthesia without hematological diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function; (7) contraindications to surgery, severe complications, and exclusion of surgical intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) old (injury time > 3 weeks), open ankle fracture, combined with nerve injury, accompanied by bone disease; (2) The follow-up time was less than 12 months, and the clinical and follow-up data were incomplete.
