Low dose dex group:Dexmedetomidine was sustained at 0.3 µg/kg/h
High dose dex group :Dexmedetomidine was sustained at 0.6 µg/kg/h
Control group:Keep pumping normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients under general anesthesia for elective non cardiac surgery; 2. Aged >= 60 years, regardless of gender; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 4. Normal communication, voluntary participants sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot complete the scale; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with preoperative bradycardia and severe arrhythmia; 4. Have a history of drug addiction and organic diseases of the nervous system.
