Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 3 ~ 7 years; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as I ~ II; (3) tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy under general anesthesia; (4) It is expected that the duration of the operation will not exceed 2 hours; (5) The patient's guardian agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they met any of the following conditions: (1) refused to participate in this study; (2) Being stunted or suffering from neurological or mental diseases related to symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, attention deficit, sleep disorder, etc.; (3) autism; (4) Recently (within one month) received general anesthesia or surgery; (5) Congenital or other genetic diseases that will affect brain development; (6) Acute diseases such as severe vomiting and diarrhea occur within one week before operation; (7) Suffering from congenital or chronic diseases such as congenital heart disease, kidney system diseases and blood system diseases; (8) Suffering from autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency diseases; (9) Infection exists in other parts of the body.
