65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 years of age or older, with no upper age limit; 2) Have the willingness to participate in the research; 3) Able to accept investigation or physical measurement; 4) If ill, their disease experienced a chronic or transient state. The following exclusion criteria were adopted:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Receive a special diet (such as vegetarian diet, fat modified, texture modified or tube feeding); 2) Have difficulties chewing or swallowing; 3) Have any food allergies or exclude common foods from their diets for other reasons; 4) Unable to complete the questionnaire due to severe vision, hearing impairment, and aphasia; and 5) Plan to move away the nursing home in the next 3 months.
