12 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mobile phone Addiction Index (MPAI) with at least 8 items answered in the affirmative; 2. Aged between 12 to 19 years; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing psychological counseling and psychotherapy; 2. Mental disorders as reported on DSM–5, such as depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and taking psychotropic medications.
