Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of PCOS proposed by the European Society of Reproductive and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) at the Rotterdam meeting in 2003 [84], ? sparse ovulation or anovulation; ? Ultrasound showed that there were more than 12 small follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm in unilateral or bilateral ovaries, or/and ovarian volume =10cm3. ? Clinical or laboratory tests suggest hyperandrogenemia (except for tumors or diseases that pathologically cause hyperandrogenemia). PCOS can be diagnosed by meeting two criteria. (2) They had mild to moderate anxiety, and the total score of anxiety state-trait scale was greater than or equal to 20, and less than 60. (3) Unconscious barriers can be communicated. (4) Aged 18-49. (5) Patients gave informed consent to the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with intellectual disabilities or mental diseases. (2) Patients with severe visual and hearing loss. (3) Patients with drug abuse and alcohol dependence. (4) Patients suspected of Cushing syndrome. (5) Patients suspected of cervical cancer. (6) Congenital adrenal hyperplasia, androgen-releasing tumor and other diseases that cause androgen increase. (7) Severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency, or other serious physical diseases.
