Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation; 2. Sign informed consent and agree to join the study; 3. Access to medication information during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage patients; 2. Have severe cognitive dysfunction or hearing impairment; 3. Dropping out of the study and not cooperating with follow-up information investigation;
