Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective cesarean birth under lumbar anesthesia (singleton, term pregnancy, 18-40 years old) is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, height less than 145cm or more than 180cm, weight less than 40kg or more than 100kg, coagulopathy, basal systolic blood pressure less than 100mmHg
