Postoperative nausea and vomiting

Interventions

Group A:Palonosetron hydrochloride injection 0.25mg/5ml was injected intravenously 30 minutes before induction
Group B:30 minutes before the end of the operation, palonosetron hydrochloride injection 0.25mg/5ml was injected intravenously,
Group C:5ml of normal saline was injected intravenously 30 minutes before induction

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's ASA anesthesia grade is ?~~?. 2. The patient is 20-45 years old. 3. The patient's weight is 45-75kg. 4. APFEL score of patients before operation = 2 points. 5. Intraoperative intubation and general anesthesia with Esketamine. 6. The operation time shall be controlled within 150 min. 7. Intraoperative blood loss<500ml. 8. Limb region surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intolerance/allergy to Esketamine or Palonosetron Hydrochloride injection. 2. Surgical patients with pre-operative diseases such as heart disease, hypertension and psychiatric diseases. 3. Surgical patients with abnormal liver and kidney functions. 4. Surgical patients whose operation time exceeds 150 minutes. 5. Surgical patients with intraoperative blood loss>500ml. 6. Surgical patients whose vital signs fluctuate greatly during operation. 7. Surgical patients whose postoperative recovery time exceeds 30 minutes. 8. Operation anesthesia and concomitant medication are not carried out according to the requirements of the study plan.
