Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18-35 years old; ? Psychological screening (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Scale, Self Rating Depression Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) test showed no abnormality; ? No history of organic diseases affecting cognitive function (including cerebrovascular diseases, intracranial tumors, epilepsy, etc.); ? No nervous or mental system disease (including anxiety, depression, insomnia, special phobia, neurasthenia, alcohol and drug dependence) in the past; ? No sleeping aids (including diazepam, nitrazepam, etc.) have been taken in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Left handed or double handed; ? The medical or neuropsychological state of brain dysfunction caused by neuropsychiatric diseases and alcohol and/or drug abuse; ? Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; ? Gastric diseases, including HP positive patients with Helicobacter pylori and other intestinal related physical diseases, or systemic bacterial, viral or fungal infections; ? They are taking cognitive related drugs and participating in other similar research projects.
