18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary angiography or coronary CTA examination was performed to confirm coronary atherosclerosis 2. Routine drug therapy for coronary atherosclerosis after admission (statins, clopidogrel, aspirin, low molecular weight heparin, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting in the past 2. Combined with coronary myocardial bridge and congenital coronary anomaly 3. Complicated with acute myocardial infarction 4. Combined with valvular heart disease 5. Combined with major underlying diseases: blood system diseases , tumor, autoimmune disease, severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-PughB, C), severe renal insufficiency (CKD3, 4, 5), systemic immune disease, heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage
