Interventions

Doxycycline:oral doxycycline 200 mg daily for 14 days
Levofloxacin and tinidazole:Oral levofloxacin 500 mg and tinidazole 1000 mg daily for 14 days

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic endometritis diagnosed as CD138 positive in the proliferative phase of menstrual cycle; 2.premenopausal women; 3.agree to undergo hysteroscopy, hysteroscopic resection, and endometrial biopsy; 4.no severe systemic diseases; 5.no other antibiotic treatment was received within 1 month before the drug was used in this clinical trial; 6.no contraindications to antibiotic; 7.written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Reproductive tract infection; 2.endometrial hyperplasia and (or) endometrial carcinoma; 3.positive result on pregnancy test; 4.acute uterine bleeding; 5.use of hormone replacement therapy or hormonal therapy in the preceding 3 months;6.do not understand or approve this randomized controlled trial.
