18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 70 years; 2. With a primary diagnosis of HTG-AP; 3. Within 72 hours of onset, and the last blood TG>1000mg/dL (11.3mmol/L) before enrollment (data collected within 12h before randomization); 4. Organ failure (including respiratory, renal and cardio vascular systerm) as defined in the SOFA score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With contraindications of plasmapheresis; 2. With contraindications of insulin or low molecular weight haparin; 3. Patients are expected to die within 48 hours after enrollment; 4. Participated in other randomized controlled trials; 5. Without informed consent; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
