Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion criteria for patients with coronary heart disease The diagnosis conforms to the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease, the 2015 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute STEMI or the 2016 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non STEMI; Age 35-75; Medication for coronary heart disease>6 months; Can correctly understand and explain their own medication. 2) Inclusion criteria for patients with heart failure The diagnosis was in accordance with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; Age 35-75; Receive corresponding drug treatment > 6 months; Can correctly understand and explain their own medication. 3) Inclusion criteria for patients with atrial fibrillation Diagnosis in line with atrial fibrillation: current understanding and treatment recommendations - 2018; Age 35-75; Warfarin/rivasaban/dabigatran ester treatment>6 months; Can correctly understand and explain their own medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute pericardial tamponade, stent thrombosis, malignant arrhythmia, trauma, severe infection, severe bleeding, pulmonary embolism, cerebral infarction, shock, severe acid-base imbalance and water electrolyte disorder, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe ascites, hyperthyroid crisis, severe hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, malignant tumor and other diseases, previous psychiatric history or severe cognitive impairment.
