18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with clinically diagnosed COPD and stable condition; (2) Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) total score >= 8; (3) No anxiolytics or antidepressants within 3 months after ear acupuncture treatment or other CAT methods; (4) no damage, infection, eczema, ulcer, etc. around the acupoints; (5) agree to complete the intervention program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; (2) Difficulty in communication; (3) Patients diagnosed with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, lung, liver, and kidney; (4) Existence Other chronic diseases, such as severe Parkinson's disease, cancer, or epilepsy.
