control group:Ilaprazole 5mg bid+ amoxicillin 1g bid+ clarithromycin 500mg bid+ Compound bismuth aluminate granules 2.6g tid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with positive 13C urea breath test; (2) had not received H.pylori eradication therapy; (3) Age range from 18 to 70 years; (4) Fully informed and agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Taking drugs that may affect the results of this study, such as proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth agents or antibiotics, 4 weeks before enrollment; (2) patients with gastrointestinal malignancies; (3) upper gastrointestinal surgery patients; (4) Patients with severe concomitant diseases who cannot tolerate treatment; (5) patients with severe liver and kidney damage, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental diseases, etc.; (6) Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Patients with other medical conditions that may increase adverse reactions to treatment (such as alcohol abuse).
