Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic stroke patients: 1 accord with the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; The onset time was less than 72 hours; 318 <= 80; 42 points <= NIHSS score <= 25 points; 5 No contraindication of MRI; 6 The patient or legal representative gives informed consent and signs the informed consent form. 2. Healthy people: 1 pair of healthy subjects matched by age, gender, education level, right handedness and other factors; 2 No organic brain disease and definite mental disease, 3 no definite history of alcohol and drug abuse; 4 Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. For those who have a history of stroke and left sequelae that affect the outcome evaluation, mRS >= 2 points before the onset of this stroke; 2. Stroke patients confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumor, brain trauma, blood disease, infectious diseases, genetic disease, rheumatic immune disease, etc; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Note: liver dysfunction refers to ALT or AST value greater than 2 times the upper normal limit; renal dysfunction refers to blood creatinine value greater than 2 times the upper normal limit); 4. There are other life threatening serious diseases, and the expected survival time is less than 3 months; 5. Other diseases that significantly limit the evaluation of neurological function or affect the follow-up of patients; 6. Pregnant, planned or lactating women; 7. Those who are currently participating in other intervention clinical trials;
