Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy male or female aged 18-60, 18 kg/m2<BMI<27 kg/m2; (2) Low stool frequency (<7 times/week); (3) In addition to avoiding taking prebiotics and probiotics supplements, do not change previous eating habits, smoking and drinking habits, activity and training levels throughout the study period; (4) Volunteer to participate in this study after listening to the project introduction, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Under the age of 18 or over 60 years old, BMI=17 kg/m2 or =28 kg/m2; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Mental patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Those who have recently been diagnosed with gastrointestinal diseases or have undergone gastrointestinal surgery; (5) Those who have taken probiotics, prebiotics, antibiotics, etc. in the past 3 months, which affect the judgment of the results; (6) Daily intake of oatmeal or other foods rich in ß-glucan in the past 6 months; (7) Excessive smoking or drinking; (8) Have special eating habits: vegetarians, weight managers, ketogenic dieters (high fat, low carbon water), etc.; (9) Those who cannot follow the test requirements.
