Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Radicular pain associated with lumbar disc herniation, 2.Aged 18-80 years, 3.MSU Classification is 1 or 2 and NRS>=4, 4.Pain persists or deteriorates<=4 weeks in this time, 5.Appropriate for epidural injection treatment under evaluation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe spinal deformity, nucleus pulposus prolapse or dissociation, 2.History of lumbar surgery, 3.Local,systemic and intraspinal infection, 4.Patients with diabetes without drug control, 5.history of bleeding disorders, 6.People who suffer from allergic diseases or have a history of allergies to research drugs, 7.Patients with a history of interventional therapy within 60 days of research begin, 8.Pregnant and lactating women, 9.People with mental illness.
