Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 Murray is 80 years old; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and T2DM classification criteria made by ADA2020; 3. There were at least two results of 24-hour urinary albumin excretion in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.T1DM, gestational diabetes mellitus and special type diabetes, etc. Complicated with diabetic acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic hyperosmotic state; 3. Systemic infectious diseases, severe edema and chronic heart failure; 4. Previous history of acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, primary glomerular disease confirmed by renal biopsy, renal dialysis treatment and obstruction; 5. Haemolysis, severe anemia and other hematological diseases, or recent history of blood transfusion; 6. Other diseases that can affect glucose and lipid metabolism.
