Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 45-80 years old, regardless of gender, in good health; 2. Those who have no habit of overeating and have relatively regular diet; 3. No habit of systematic exercise at ordinary times (<20min/time,<2 times per week); 4. In the past month, he did not take antibiotics, steroids, microbial preparations, blood activating and stasis removing Chinese medicine, and had no history of diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disorders; 5. Those who have not participated in clinical trials of Taijiquan, Baduanjin and other exercise therapies in the past six months. 6. Know about the test, voluntarily participate in the test research, and sign the informed consent form, which can cooperate with the completion of the test index detection, with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, diabetes and other serious complications; 2. People with chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Long term heavy smokers and drinkers; 4. Serious trauma and operation history in recent six months.
