Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with closed fractures of extremities who need open reduction and internal fixation in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, Shanghai Sijing Hospital, Shanghai Wujing Hospital and Shanghai Eighth People's Hospital have tension blisters in the fracture area; 2. The tension blisters are complete and free of cracks; 3. Patients >= 18 years old; 4. Fracture time is less than 24h;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tension blister fluid less than 2mL within 24 hours; 2. Patients with tension blisters ruptured before suction blisters; 3. Open injury and skin contusion in fracture area 4. The patient has other diseases, such as bullous dermatosis, hand and foot moss, which affect the health of skin tissue. 5. There is immunosuppression or acute infection. 6. Have ever suffered from malignant tumor. 7. Any other medical condition that cannot participate in the study. 8. Pregnancy. 9. Unable to understand written and spoken Chinese. 10. Have any history of mental and psychological diseases.
