Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who were scheduled to undergo laparoscopic hepatectomy were 18 to 65 years old, ASAI-III grade, male or female, body mass index 18-30kg/m2, no cardiac insufficiency or cerebrovascular disease, voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign informed consent form; 2. Have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.; 3. Have mental and psychological illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 4. Internal carotid artery anatomical variation or severe stenosis or plaque; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
