Age
20 Years to 39 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with PCOS were diagnosed according to Rotterdam standards in 2003; 2. Basal LH >= 10IU/L; 3. Female age<40; 4. Comply with IVF-ET treatment indications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious systemic diseases unsuitable for pregnancy (such as malignant tumor, congenital heart disease, systemic lupus erythematosus active period, etc.); 2. Patients with malignant tumors of reproductive tract; 3. Patients with sever uterine malformation.
