Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In accordance with the diagnostic criteria formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2014; 2.Aged >= 18 years,no gender limitation; 3.First onset, and entered the stroke unit within 48 hours after onset; 4.The diagnosis was a massive cerebral infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ insufficiency diseases; 2.Heart rate disorders; 3.A clear tumor history; 4.Patients with temporal window atresia; 5.The pre-onset mRS Score was > 2 points; 6.Patients with body temperature >=38.5 degree, severe infection before onset and diabetic ketosis; 6.
