5 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 5~18y Fufil the criteria of SLICC or 2019 EULAR/SLE Fufil the lupus nephritis criteria of KIDIGO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dialysis within 1 year; (2) Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <30; (3) Those who received CTX treatment within 3 months before the trial; (4) Receive B cell targeted therapy (including belimumab) within 1 year prior to random allocation.
