Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Routine ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and SMI examinations were performed before surgery, and postoperative pathology indicated thyroid follicular tumor. 2. no thyroid dysfunction such as hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism recently; 3. No recent history of acute and subacute thyroiditis; 4. Age 18-80 years old; 5. Complete clinical and pathological and prognostic follow-up information is available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a known history of allergy to sulfur hexafluoride or other components of the contrast agent; 2. Severe heart disease, hypertension, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. poor lung function; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with incomplete images or clinical data.
