Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. ASA Classification I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to nerve block (abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection, etc.); 2. Cognitive dysfunction or language communication disorder, which makes it difficult to conduct speech assessment and cooperate to complete nerve block; 3. Allergies to drugs used in studies such as ultrasound couplant, local anesthetics or NSAIDs; 4. Long term oral analgesics; 5. ASA >= Class III; 6. Laparoscopic conversion to laparotomy, or other abdominal surgery at the same time; 7. Refusal to participate in this study
