Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Ultrasonic examination of cervical lymph nodes meets the following suspicious: one of the signs: lymph nodes are irregular shape such as round, quasi-round, etc. Lymphatic portal structure disappeared; Cystic changes in lymph nodes; Lymph node fusion; The internal echo of lymph node is not uniform; Local hyperechoic masses in lymph nodes; ? The thyroid nodule was confirmed as PTC by biopsy or pathology after surgery. ? FNA-Tg was detected in suspicious lymph nodes. ? Normal coagulation function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? No suspicious thyroid nodules or suspicious cervical lymph nodes were found in cervical ultrasound examination. ? FNA-Tg was not detected in lymph nodes. ? Postoperative pathological results showed that PTC complicated with follicular carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma or poorly differentiated carcinoma; ?Patients with lymph node tuberculosis, primary lymph node disease or metastasis to other sites of tumors; ? Patients with a history of tumors in other sites; ? Abnormal coagulation function, patients can not cooperate, etc.;
