Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Between the ages of 18 and 44; Pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor; Fully aware of my illness; The hospitalization plan is a combination chemotherapy plan (which can be combined with targeted or immunotherapy), and no radiotherapy was given during hospitalization; Performance status score (PS)<=1; Normal intelligence, normal consciousness, normal language expression, can successfully complete the intelligence scale and other tests, and can understand the contents of each scale; Accept the psychological intervention of "clown doctor" mode and sign the informed consent form; Agree with the follow-up work.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unable to understand the scales of this study; Unable to cooperate with the researcher after evaluation; Patients with mental disorders; Have a history of mental illness or are taking psychotropic drugs; Those who do not know their illness; Serious illness (PS>=2points).
