20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent; 2. age 20-30 years; 3. best corrected visual acuity >=1.0; 4. intraocular pressure: 10-21 mmHg; 5. refractive media transparency; 6. no other abnormalities in the fundus except for myopic conus, tigroid fundus, and peripheral retinal degeneration area (non-compressed white).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those with severe dry eyes that could not cooperate; 2. those with retinal disorders, optic nerve disorders, uveitis, ocular trauma, history of refractive surgery and internal eye surgery, glaucoma and family history of glaucoma; 3. those with cranio-cerebral trauma or lesions, hypertension, diabetes and other systemic disorders that can cause ocular changes.
