Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To accept selective thoracoscopic pneumonectomy; 2. The anesthesia method is inhalation general anesthesia; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. ASA Classification I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Communication disorder and inability to cooperate, such as language understanding disorder and mental illness; 5. Unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction occurred in the past 3 months; 6. Heart function NYHA grade >= III; 7. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 8. Previous history of anesthesia and surgery; 9. Unplanned secondary thoracotomy after operation; 10. Postoperative transfer to ICU.
