Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1,Age 50 - 75 years; 2,postmenopausal women; 3,fragility distal radius fractures; 4,patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1,Patients with a history of distal radius fractures; 2,multiple injuries, open injuries, and high-violence injuries; 3,past or current anti-osteoporosis drugs; 4,long-term smoking, hormone use, or diabetes; 5,unable to cooperate with follow-up; 6,patients with conservative treatment.
