Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 120 patients aged 1-12 years who needed tonsillectomy under general anesthesia (2) ASA grade I~II (3) Body mass index (BMI)18-30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with known abnormal coagulation, cheek infection, or needle fainting (2) Patients with airway difficulties, such as jaw distance <=4cm or Mallampati score level 3-4
